Another strong piece laced with terrific lines (CD player is best)! As a child I was a bandwagon Pokes fan because I didn’t like the Packers. Then I read “North Dallas Forty” and grew out of that (like I did the Yankees when Steinbrenner bought the team). Last night I was for the Packers. A life cycle.
For this Cowboys' hater, this was almost as good to read as it was to watch the most overrated team in North America--complete with slobbering media and fan base overly enamored with its own self worth--get pole-axed.
Thanks for a wonderful read I enjoyed multiple times, Mark.
At around 21-0 spouse observed that "Vince Lombardi came back to life" was the most obvious explanation. I was paying no attention to anything other than the wretched New York teams this season but the previous sample of Rodgers replacing Favre indicated that Packers management had justified confidence in Love if they had let Rodgers go.

I loved North Dallas Forty, absolutely. It should have been a great movie but they f'd it up.
They did, but not nearly as bad as they f’d up “Semi Tough.”
"credit card receipts of Ray Epps" and "functional as a Cee Dee player."
Thank you for the Monday morning laugh Mark, simply outstanding! 😎
Jerry Jones apparently had committed to covering the cost overruns on the stadium, so at least we can give him props for that.
The CD player in my car works quite well. Better than the Cowboys. But that does not hurt my feelings at all. Not a Dallas fan .
