Per 538 trump had a 8 point unfavorability rating. Harris had a 2 point unfavorability rating. Colossal screw up. Harris had policies, sure, but they weren't all good ones. She was never a good candidate which is why no one wanted her back in 2020. For as much as people want to call trump a fascist he never talked about price controls.
Indeed, the last President to do price controls was Nixon. Harris recognized that as a mistake and didn't repeat it. The main person who calls Trump a fascist is Trump. Dictator for a day, turning the military on citizens and political enemies.....Harris was a far different candidate than in 2020. Under the circumstances she did very well. I do wonder what might have happened if she'd picked Shapiro, but that's just Monday AM QB stuff.
