Thanks to Alabama's win over Georgia, the College Football Playoff selection on Sunday guarantees nothing but outrage.
As you will see next year, the 12-team playoff will render much of the regular season irrelevant and will set up superfluous playoff games that will prove what we already knew. I don't think this year's playoff conundrum is a problem, just a tough decision. The teams that took care of business will be fine.
The whole reason for 12 teams just happened this year. Let the teams play not some fluff committee. Or just disband the NFL minor league all together.
